How the Pioneer V-Lock Helps Save Your Tank Liner
A feat of engineering excellence, the Pioneer V-Lock wall profile provides superior internal support for the tank liner.
Liner Damage in Other Tanks
In other tanks, the liner is stretched into the deep corrugations in the tank wall during every water level cycle.
Over time, the stresses caused by the water pressure and continual cycling lead to the mechanical failure of the liner.
The Superior V-Lock Design
The Pioneer V-Lock profile has much flatter corrugations. As such, when the liner is pressed up against these flatter sections during water cycling, it is unable to be flexed and stressed to the same degree.
This means that thanks to the V-Lock, the liner – like the rest of the tank – is able to last longer.

Chemical Resistant Liners
For those looking for a tank liner that is resistant to certain chemicals, including up to 50ppm of Chlorine, the Industratex® water tank liner is the product for you.
The Industratex® liner is designed to hold a wide variety of aggressive and non-aggressive waters, including potable, ground, bore, well, river, spring and seawater.
