BRETT’S STORY – A QUALITY WATER TANK INSTALLATION

October 25, 2018

Brett Peel from Capalaba, QLD

Brett Peel is the managing director of his family’s irrigation business, which is based in Capalaba—just outside of Brisbane.  With a team of forty staff, Turf Irrigation Services (TIS) completes major projects throughout QLD and NSW.

Now a married father of two teenage girls, Brett began his career as an electrician before taking over Turf Irrigation Services (TIS) when his parents retired 19 years ago. An avid ultra marathon runner, Brett has always aimed to provide products that “go the distance.”

The family recognises that TIS is more than just a business—it’s a longstanding fixture of the Brisbane community. Like Pioneer Water Tanks, 2018 marks an impressive 30 years since TIS was founded.

“We’ve been in the same location all that time,” Brett says.

“Originally our building frontage was just on a dirt track—now it’s a four lane main road!”

THE PROBLEM

Brett and the team at TIS required water tanks as part of their rainwater harvesting, pumping and irrigation systems. They needed a strong tank for these water efficient projects, and weren’t willing to compromise on quality.

“Three years ago, we were at a point where we just needed a better product and more reliable service from our tank supplier. This is extremely important so that TIS can provide the quality of service and products our clients expect and deserve.” Brett says.

THE SOLUTION

Brett had heard good things about Pioneer Water Tanks & their antimicrobial water tank liner, and was pleased to find an accredited Pioneer water tanks Brisbane dealer local to him.

“Having a local dealer for a national brand is a real advantage,” he says.

“While Pioneer Water Tanks are very well known across Australia, they have the local presence of their distributors that we can rely on to look after us.”

“I found the team extremely professional in providing technical advice and information.”

Such expert advice encouraged Brett to purchase tanks from Pioneer’s GT and XL range. Since then, the TIS has stored a whopping 6,000,000 litres of water and refuse to rely on any other brand of tank.

“Sandy and Rob from Divine Water Tanks have been excellent,” Brett says.

“There’s a great quality of service, and we’ve established strong ties with them and the broader Pioneer team.”

“They’re very responsive, and as a designer and contractor, this is important to be able to streamline our services. We also need to be confident that any products we recommend will provide ongoing reliable performance.”

“Using Pioneer Water Tanks, we know that we’re offering only the very best service and products to our customers. This has also been acknowledged by many of our customers who now specifically request Pioneer Tanks.”

Brett made a smart decision in contacting an expert for advice on his unique situation.  At Pioneer Water Tanks this is what we do.  We listen to your needs and advise the most efficient method to achieve your goals and objective.  This statement stands true for rural, commercial and fire water tanks.
